Getting Up and Thinking Through: An Ethics of Spatial Objects
On the occasion of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s 2019 MFA show, I mounted a small exhibition within an exhibition, consisting of objects, books, and a performance. Since that time the objects have dissipated, the books are on my shelf and other’s shelves, and what should stay has changed. What’s left is the script, the image slides, the titles, a zine detailing performance movements, and a poem written in October 2020 from the titles.
